Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Planform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Planform provides an interactive map and dashboard for strata scheme management. The Service includes web-based tools for managing levies, defects, documents, compliance, and other aspects of strata scheme operations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your strata scheme, body corporate, or management firm.

4. Accounts & Access

When we create an account for your scheme, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up.
  • A one-time setup fee applies to all new schemes to cover initial configuration.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured until renewal.
  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of your account, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Planform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
